shipping
where do you ship to?
we ship everywhere in the US, Canada, and Mexico. there are other countries that we can ship to and you can double check that at checkout. we do NOT ship to the UK or EU through this site. head over to our Etsy shop for shipping to those places.
how long does shipping take?
regular shipping is done through USPS and should take about 3-4 business days. however, once something is shipped, it's out of our control.
how do I track my order?
you'll get an email with tracking information. this will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
when will my order ship?
most in stock orders will ship within five business days.
returns
how do I return an item?
we don't accept returns or exchanges except on a very unusual case. please send us an email with questions if you need to return something.

can I apply a coupon?
any valid coupons must be applied during checkout. they cannot be applied to previous order and cannot be added after checkout is complete.
